Our close neighbours at the Moritz School of Law at Ohio State University recently held a symposium on privacy. The theme of the symposium was "the second wave of global privacy regulation". Audio files of the presentations and panels were conveniently posted online, so please take a look.
Hint: This is a good way to get ideas for papers, since the material at recent conferences is usually cutting edge.
