Comparative Law: Privacy and Data Protection is a seminar course offered at Osgoode Hall Law School, York University, Canada. The course is one of the offerings in the "Perspectives" series, which offers students the opportunity to research critical perspectives on the law.

The course is taught by adjunct faculty members Michael Power and James Williams.
